My love of stereoscopes is closely connected to my background in working for Adobe and being engaged in printmaking as well as my passion for historic illustrations and photography. What fascinates me most is the idea that stereoscopes were in a way an early form of TV or even social media: people gathering around them to look at 3D photos of faraway places, sweet children with pets, funny situations, museums, landscapes, architecture and cathedrals... Even war. Connecting people through three-dimensional images, the concept invented as early as 1838.
